Hi there! My name is Megan and I'm the host of this event! I'm autistic and ADHD (auDHD) along with some other neurodivergencies. I run The Neurocuriosity Club, my life coaching business designed to help other auDHDers and folks who are just trying to find healthy, helpful ways to live with their brain. When I'm not working, you can usually find me writing everything, from poetry to fiction to grocery lists I will inevitably forget on the kitchen counter.

Alex McLaughlin (they/them) is an AuDHD, disabled, multi-racial, and queer therapist. They use an ecological systems, feminist, and strengths-based approach, emphasizing anti-racism and neurodivergent and queer affirmation. As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, Alex is dedicated to exploring identity with neurodivergent clients and supporting their integration of knowledge related to their neurotypes. They also have lived experience of OCD and specialize in working with individuals with OCD, utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). Jamila Perry (she/her) - Content Creator

I am a single bipolar mom of 2. My passion is giving back to the community as a volunteer for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) with special emphasis on the African American community to break the mental health stigma. I am also passionate about uplifting others with mental health conditions and showing them that life can still be fulfilling and worthwhile with proper treatment and coping skills. Turning deep pain and sorrow into power by helping other people in the same circumstances as you is not only healing for them but healing for you too

Almah LaVon is a writer and fairy marsh monster who sometimes wanders among the squonk of Pennsylvania. One of their former creativity coaching clients called themme "a beauty doula." Their first book, a speculative novella, is slated to be released in 2026.
Michelle Hammer (she/her) - Founder of Schizophrenic.NYC
Schizophrenia
Michelle Hammer is a mental health advocate and founder of the website Schizophrenic.NYC. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 22 and uses her platform to raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness. Michelle also creates unique fashion accessories and clothing inspired by her experiences living with schizophrenia.
Becca Rich (she/her) - Holistic Time Coach

Becca Rich is a certified holistic time coach & project management consultant for creative, witchy, sensitive, and squiggly humans. As a visionary, cutting through the BS of the billion-dollar productivity industry, she helps folks move beyond harmful, capitalist productivity hacks and gently get things done at the pace of their mind, body, and soul.

Beth Carey (she/her) is a passionate advocate with over 20 years of experience advancing accessibility and equity for neurodivergent individuals. As a person with multiple disabilities, including autism and a mother of a son with autism and ADHD, she brings personal insight and professional expertise to her work at DuPage Federation on Human Service Reform and through her company, NeuroDivergent Galaxy. Beth is dedicated to promoting neuroaffirming care, empowering individuals through advocacy and peer support, and driving systemic changes that ensure no one is disadvantaged by their identity.

Layla Saad is Black neurodivergent writer, thinker and podcaster. She is the author of the NYT and Sunday Times bestseller Me and White Supremacy, an antiracism education workbook. Layla writes and teaches about intergenerational justice, healing, and liberation.
Sharona Lautoe (they/them, 1983) is an Afro-Dutch, queer, autistic AuDHD marketer, writer/copywriter, organizer, parent and contrarian with liberation practice as North Star. They engage in nitpicking and cutting table legs for inclusivity and intersectionality, awareness of autistic and ADHD neurodiversity in Black people and center care, love and freedom of marginalized groups in their writing and work. From 2020-2023, she was co-founder and coordinator of Black Trans Art & Joy Fund, she published her poetry collection ‘The Divine Wild’ in 2017 and has been working as a marketer at a local theatre in Amsterdam. They do intersectional, social justice and disability informed copywriting for people and organisations in fine arts, academic settings and advocacy spaces.

Jasany Jenkins leads Therapy with Jasany, focusing on enhancing the lives of minority individuals at the intersection of neurodivergence. The work focuses on assisting neurodivergent adults improve their quality of life by promoting affirming education, advocating for equitable support, and cultivating inclusive and safe communities. Guided by values like self-awareness, compassion, and community care, the mission includes deconstructing ableist ideologies while promoting personal authenticity and collective responsibility. Danna Richardson (they/them) - Breakup Recovery Coach

Danna is a breakup recovery coach with ample knowledge on queer and neurodivergent relationships. They primarily work with people in their 20s and 30s who have been through a significant break up and are working to bring joy back into their lives. Danna helps people regain emotional regulation and return to the thing in life that matter to them. In their free time, Danna enjoys writing poetry, penpalling, and collecting lots of stationery.
Mahalet (she/her) - Community Facilitator

I’m a community facilitator for Divine Design, a space that connects and supports Black Disabled and Neurodivergent Women and Non-binary individuals, both in Australia and globally. We recently launched Divine Design The Podcast, which amplifies the voices of BIPOC disabled people and explores the intersection of race, disability, and identity. Through our work, we create a safe space where our stories are shared, our experiences respected, and our collective efforts inspire meaningful change. Together, we nurture a community of care, solidarity, and empowerment.
Kyra Sutherland (they/them) - AuDHD coach

Kyra helps high-masking and late-/un-diagnosed autistic and ADHD folks sort through all of the identity crises that come with understanding your brain for the first time in adulthood. They love nerding out about emotional processing tools that actually work for neurodivergent brains, and teasing out the mindsets underneath your actions that are keeping you stuck and fighting against yourself. With their coworking sessions and 1:1 coaching and more offers in the works, they're always looking for more ways to help people build more joyful relationships with themselves and others.
Jasmine Skye (she/her) - Wellness Advocate

Jasmine has PMDD, anxiety, and episodic migraines. She creates peer-to-peer resources that focus on mental health and holistic wellness, helping people (especially with PMDD, anxiety, and episodic migraines) fall in love with life again.

Emry helps overwhelmed parents regain control by teaching loving boundary-setting and communication strategies that truly work. With a gift for helping families "speak the same language," they bridge the gap between parents and children. As a neurodivergent and queer person, Emry brings compassion, authenticity, and a fresh perspective to their work—and often with their beloved dog (Archie!) by their side.
Michelle Cruz (she/her) - Maternal Support Practioner and Mentor

Michelle is the passionate founder of Galactic Doula, revolutionizing reproductive care since 2019 with a focus on affirming, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support. She specializes in empowering neurodivergent families and advocating for Fat and Black individuals while challenging medical bias and racism. Based in Central Texas, Michelle provides inclusive perinatal education and birth support, creating accessible spaces for all. With expertise in supporting multiples and a nurturing approach, she is a guiding star for positive change in reproductive care, illuminating the path to more equitable and inclusive practices.
Caitlin Fischer (they/them)

Caitlin Liz Fisher is an author and creativity coach who turned their gifted kid burnout into a way to help neurodivergent, disabled, and queer creatives get their passions back on the priority list. Every challenge they've overcome — abuse, parental estrangement, toxic jobs, and even crappy breakups — has helped them learn to say yes to their deep-down dreams and no to the status quo. They are now living their absolute weirdest, abnormal life and advocating for others to do the same by subverting capitalism and embracing a world where we can finally stop hustling.
Katie Keech (they/them) - Therapist
auDHD, Plural System, Dyspraxia, & Dyscalculia
Katie Keech, LMFT is a multiply neurodivergent therapist who, over the last 20 years, primarily works with those who other therapists say are "Too Much." Katie is a "They/Them" plural system who is also AuDHD and lives with dyspraxia and dyscalculia. Katie has spent decades managing emerging adult mental health clinics and forensic clinics, but currently works in private practice. Katie cofounded the Refractory Think Tank with The Plural Association. This is an organization that brings together plural clinicians, medical providers, peers, coaches and researchers to connect and change the face of clinical work with plurality and Dissociative Identity Disorder from the inside out utilizing our lived experience.
