You're not broken.

If you're feeling wildly overwhelmed, certain that you have everything in the DSM one day, and certain you're faking everything the next...yeah, we've got some shared lived experiences.

So I'm going to tell you what I wish people had told me back then:

You're not broken.

It's okay to be neurocurious. It's okay to explore. And it's okay if you end up being wrong.

I'd rather you take your time, explore what it means to be autistic, ADHD, or both (and maybe look into other neurodivergencies as well), and later realize "Huh, nope, I'm neurotypical after all" instead of hiding away from your community for fear of imposing.

Join us, we'll hold your hand while you figure things out.

Hi, my name is Megan, I'm autistic & ADHD, and I would love to work with you. Not to "fix" you, but to help you better understand yourself and your brain.

You're not too sensitive, I promise. Many auDHDers deal with very big emotions. Check out this free webinar, You're Not Too Sensitive.

No diagnosis?

No problem.

I'm happy to work with folks who are professionally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply exploring, as long as you recognize that, as a life coach, I absolutely cannot diagnose you with anything.

Let's work together.
